Cellular Cleanse Elixir Instructions and How to Brew

Dosage:

• Maintenance: 3 oz twice daily

• For illness: 3 oz, three times daily

• For aggressive treatment: 6 oz, three times daily

Brewing Instructions:

1. Use a stainless-steel pot and a wooden spoon.

2. Break up any lumps in the bag to distribute herbs evenly.

3. Measure 34 oz of water per 1 oz of tea herbs.

4. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat and pour in the herbs.

5. Mix well and bring back to a rolling boil.

6. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep the lid tilted to let steam escape.

7. After 10 minutes, give a final stir, turn off heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for 12–15 hours.

8. After steeping, mix well, pour into glass jars, and store in the refrigerator. It can be stored for up to 10 days.

Shake well before each use, as herbs settle.
